Return Policy



We will accept returns or correct any quality problems on all merchandise purchased from our Company. Upon verification that the merchandise was purchased from our Company, we will exchange, or refund the merchandise as long as the merchandise is unworn, not damaged, is not without its original packaging and is not without the original UPC barcode.



Returns: We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 15 days after the purchase.

All returns & exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be returned, any return without an RMA will be refused back to the customer, please contact to get an RMA number and include this number on your return package.


On your return or exchange package also include a special note stating the reason for your return or exchange.

If customer chooses to return or exchange a damaged or incorrect bought item, he/she is responsible for all shipping charges.


However, in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email at

Restocking Fees: Please have all items purchased on original package and without any damages. Upon receipt of your return our Online Return Department will inspect your merchandise. A 50% restocking fee will apply if merchandise received is not in the condition it was sent when it is buyer's remorse.


Exchanges: Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.


Refunds: Returns processing and credits will be issued within 5 - 10 business days of receipt of your returned item(s).

Refunds issued will only include merchandise charges; excluding shipping charges.


Warranty: offers a 15 day warranty on all products purchased from us. If your merchandise becomes faulty within 15 days of delivery, please contact us at for money back guaranteed.


Cancel or Change an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact immediately or within an hour of placing order. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
